I understand that you have some concerns about emails that were send from Apple to an email address that is not associated with your account. Let's see if we can figure this out.
The first thing that comes to mind is to make sure that the emails are from Apple and not phishing. I would take a look at the articles below to help identify and report issues of an phishing emails you might receive.

If the emails turn out to be from us and are marketing emails, then you can unsubscribe from those by following the steps in the next article.
