Q: Apple Support sends emails to an email address that is not listed on my Apple account. How can I change that?

There is only one email address listed on my account. Yet, I receive emails from Apple Support at another address. How does this happen? And how can I stop it? The address where I receive emails isn't even listed on my account! (It's not necessarily about setting up iTunes/Connect but that I did notice it as an iTunes "issue" first and there is no other community I see to put it in,)
