Q: 2015 Macbook 12" Palm & Keyboard Issues.
Hello there!
Say, I've noticed some problems with my Macbook lately. I was wondering what I should do, or if there are any fixes available.
First off, my Macbook is in perfect condition, I always keep it in a foam case whenever I take it with me etc. I'm just saying, I treat this thing perfect and I've noticed some quality control defects.
First, The keyboard has a few keys that like to "Bottom Out", for example the left side of the Space Bar makes a horrible clicking noise, and the right side is perfectly smooth and soft sounding (As it should be). Some of the keys on the right side also seem to have this issue when I'm writing some code as my fingers are all over the place. It's a real hindrance. It's almost as if the switches underneath are damaged or not working right.
Second, the right side palm rest (just to the right of the Mouse Pad) has this clicking sound any time any weight is put on it. I can even place my pointer finger on it and it creaks. Like the screw isn't all the way in, and it has room to move around. The left side doesn't make any noise whatsoever.
I've got four other Mac/Macbooks I purchased in the last year that have been flawless, but i've been having these annoying quality control issues with this Macbook 12". What should I do?
Thank you.

You have 14 days to return or exchange your computer. Following that, you have a one year warranty. You should make an appointment with an Apple Genius, and discuss your options.
