I understand that you are having issues with your hard drive. Let's see if we can get it back up and working for you.
Now you said you attempted to repair it. Spending on the errors, the repair disk option should take care of it for you. Go through with those steps to repair the disk one more time to see if it fixes the errors. Take a look at the first article for more details on verifying and preparing your hard drive.

Now in the unfortunate event that it does not fix the issue, you might need to erase and install OS X on your Mac. If you have a back up through Time Machine, it will be real easy to get you back up and running.
