Thanks for your reply.
Both the accounts are not syncing, this issues happens very frequent now.

If you are still having issues with your accounts not syncing, Your best bet would be to contact Apple Support for further assistance. I would make sure that you know your account settings for your email accounts settings, just in case you are asked for them
