Q: 'your Apple Id has been disabled'. I reset my password but it still doesn't work

Itunes

Apple Store

Apple Id disabled

Last summer I had unexpected purchases down with my account on Apple store. Apple managed the situation but they disabled my id. I cannot buy any music anymore on itunes as I have still the same error message 'Your apple Id has been disabled'. I reset my password already two or 3 times but I have still the same issue.

Does someone know how to proceed to get my Apple Id back?

Since resetting its password you've logged out and back into the account wherever you're using it (e.g. on your iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tapped 'sign out' on the popup) : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ?
