Q: Bootcamp gives an error that says the startup disk must be formatted as a single MAC OS extended volume

I have a 13-inch Macbook Air Mid 2013 that's running OS X Yosemite 10.10.3. The Bootcamp version is 5.1.4.

I am trying to open bootcamp assistant but the error I get is "the startup disk must be formatted as a single MAC OS extended volume"

Please help

The output of a few commands that I ran is:

Sunil ~ $ diskutil list
