Q: bootcamp partition hidden in OSX

Very strange issue...

I've turned off my iMac as usual, leaving it booting alone... After one hour I went back and found it in sleep mode, but this time didn't want to wake up. Crashed. (the cause is still a mistery and I'll investigate). I rebooted my iMac and from that moment I no longer have the bootcamp partition mounted on the Finder.
In Disk Utility, BOOTCAMP partition it is greyed out, but is perfectly usable. In fact if I boot pressing the ALT key I can still choose Windows partition and boot it without problems.

This is not a big problem because BOOTCAMP partition is write-only when mounted in OSX side, but I've suspect that this is a sign of a hidden problem.
Can I fix it without too much work or I've to stay in this situation?

Thank you.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11), null

    1. Does the Bootcamp partition show up in System Preferences -> Startup Disk?

    2. Do you have Automatic Updates enabled for either OSX or Windows?

    3. In El Capitan, you have  to click on the lock in System Preferences -> Startup Disk to unlock and select Bootcamp.

    1. Nope

    2. Windows: no (i hate its auto-update mode, always running when you want to switch off), OSX: yes.

    3. Yes, but no BOOTCAMP partition appears.

If OSX Updates are set to Automatic, can you check if there are any recent updates. Please post the output of diskutil list from OSX Terminal. What version of Windows in installed?

Windows 10 is installed and running.

There's a strange thing when i try to mount disk0s4 using terminal:

    iMac-maurizio:~ mauriziobonomi$ mount_ntfs /dev/disk0s4 /Volumes/
/System/Library/Extensions/ntfs.kext failed to load - (libkern/kext) dependency resolution failure; check the system/kernel logs for errors or try kextutil(8).

    1. You have Windows Recovery partition, which implies that Windows 10 needs recovery. Are you ably to boot Windows normally?

    2. Do you have any third-party NTFS software that could have modified kexts?

Can you post the output of

Also, if you run msinfo32, what is the BIOS Mode setting?

    1. Windows 10

    2. didn't understand... I see this partition scheme:

    /dev/disk0 (internal, physical):
       #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER
       0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *1.0 TB     disk0

       3:                 Apple_Boot Recovery HD             650.0 MB   disk0s3
4:       Microsoft Basic Data BOOTCAMP                121.5 GB   disk0s4
       5:           Windows Recovery                         471.9 MB   disk0s5

disk0s1 is named EFI. You mean this?

That is a normal NTFS header. If your installation is UEFI, the disk0s1 (EFI) may be used a a Windows S (System partition). Please see Can't resize Macintosh HD partition (starting on the third page) on how to mount the EFI partition and check if it has a Microsoft directory which contains the BCD.

Bingo! The problem is elsewhere... check this error:

    and this is the log:

Maybe I've to try a simple El Capitan re-install...
