I see that you're currently unable to load a particular iWork for iCloud document on iCloud.com. To help isolate this issue, I'd like you to please try and open another iWork document. If that opens, then the issue has been isolated to the document itself, which would need to be deleted and shared again from the originator. If you're still unable to open any iWork document, then there may be an issue with the browser you're using. In order to use iWork for iCloud, you will need to use either browser below:
- Internet Explorer 10.0.9 or later (Windows)
- Google Chrome 27.0.1 or later

If you're using one of the supported browsers, and it's still not loading, then I suggest that you try the other browser. If it only happens with one browser, then clear out all of the history and web data from the browser, and also disable any extensions.
