From what I understand, you've been unable to cancel Automatic Renewal of your Apple Music subscription, from your iPhone, using the steps found in the following Knowledge Base article:
Manage your Apple Music membership
Turn off automatic renewal to cancel your membership
If you want to cancel your Apple Music membership, turn off Automatic Renewal.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- In the Music app, tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap View Apple ID.
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. If you have more than one subscription, tap Your Membership (Apple Music Membership) to see your membership options.

- Under Renewal Options, turn off Automatic Renewal. Confirm your selection, then tap Done.

- Tap Done to return to your Account screen, and then tap Done to return to the app.
Being that you are unable to use the steps above and your Apple Music subscription is reflected in your Purchase History in iTunes, you can use the guidance found here, to report an issue with it:
To report a problem or request assistance with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser.
- When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password used to initiate the purchase of the item, then click Sign In.
- Find the item you're having a problem with, then click Report a Problem next to it.
- From the Choose Problem menu, choose the issue you're having.
- Follow the onscreen instructions. You might be asked to describe the problem in a text field.
- Click Submit, and we'll review your problem.
Alternatively, you can contact iTunes Support by submitting the form located here:
