Here is the link to the HDR app I bought.
When I open the same window you have in your reply, nothing comes up on the right hand side to choose from. Underneath "Photo"on the left side I have the message: "extensions not enabled". I just can't figure out how and where to enable extensions so the HDR Photo app will appear as a choice to use or select from the right hand side of the window.

Nov 5, 2015 2:01 PM in response to bluestar12by léonie,★HelpfulThat web page does not say, that the HDR application supports a photo editing extension. There are only a few photo editors that offer app extensions. See the one in my screenshot and the one in Old Toad's screenshot. I don't know of any others, that will install photo editing extensions for Photos, with the exception of Tonality.

Nov 5, 2015 2:12 PM in response to léonieby bluestar12,I think you are spot on. I purchased the Be Funky app, which does have HDR, and it works just fine. I guess this was a $3 learning experience :-).
Thanks so much for your help!!

Nov 5, 2015 3:15 PM in response to bluestar12by léonie,★HelpfulYou're welcome.
You can use the HDR app as a stand alone application anyway, if you export the photos from Photos, or before importing them to Photos. And perhaps will future updates to the app add an photo editing extension. It is just the beginning.

Nov 5, 2015 3:17 PM in response to léonieby bluestar12,That's pretty cool! Thanks for steering me in the right direction. I have always been annoyed with the fact that Apple didn't add and HDR option into their iPhoto editing. Sometimes Apple seems a bit behind the times or cutting edge.
