Q: OS X App Store does not Show/Cannot Reinstall an App that I Own
In the "Purchased" tab of the OS X App Store, there are listed many apps that I have purchased, both from Apple (e.g., "iMovie," "GarageBand," and "Keynote") and from other software vendors (e.g., "Better Rename 9," "Lingon," and "MacTracker").
I'm missing one. An expensive one. Specifically, "Remote Desktop" ($79.99 from Apple on the OS X App Store). I've paid for, owned, and upgraded this software since v1.2 (2003). To be absolutely clear, I paid for the v2 upgrade (2005) and the v3 upgrade (2006), and still have my disks from v3. "Remote Desktop" v3.7.2 software is installed on my older PowerBook. The current version of the "Remote Desktop" software is v3.8.
How do I get this app to show up in my list of purchases, so that I can (1) update it to v3.8 on my existing PowerBook; and (2) install it on a new computer when the time comes?
Note: No App Store purchases are hidden in my AppleID/account.
