Nov 7, 2015 2:47 PM in response to LCMVby fpn1402,Same here,
For the last hour I'm trying to buy a book through Aperture 3.6 and I'm getting the same message... tried it 3 times... failed all the times...
I've checked all the apple ID-information and everything is correct.
I'm using 10.11.1 on a 27,5 inch iMac with 16Gb of memory.
With Kind Regards

Nov 8, 2015 2:05 AM in response to fpn1402by faleva2008,Hello. I'm writing from Italy, and I have the same problem here: yesterday I tried to buy a book and I received the same answer.
I checked my credit card and everything seems to be ok, the same regarding my account information. I didn't update my OS (iMac 27" 2011 Yosemite 10.10.5).I also read there are users who are using El Capitan that are having the same problem.
I made dozens of purchases until a few days ago without any problem. Have you any alternative way to report the problem to Mr. Apple?
Thank you for your attention (and forgive my poor english)?

Nov 8, 2015 8:17 AM in response to faleva2008by Pedrosabita,I am having the same problem since yesterday. I used all my credit cards but no success. I spent 2 weeks to make a beautiful photo book with some texts of our holiday in Greenland this year. And now I can not order for printing. Is it Apple, who is blocking the payment? Oh please Apple, don't do this !!

Nov 8, 2015 10:31 AM in response to LCMVby thehouse.be,Same problem in Belgium. Tried with several credit cards. No cc payments accepted for photobooks nor for individual photo prints. In order to solve this I have exported my photobook to pdf and wanted to print with other service. However other print services (Blurb, PhotoPro, ...) do not accept the Aperture 13"x11" format. Aaaaaargh....

Nov 11, 2015 2:43 PM in response to thehouse.beby faleva2008,My problem is still here. No news from you?
I tried with Apple Store support sales and iTunes one with no success, they are unable to give me an answer.
Either no reply from Aperture application support. I am really disappointed by this.

Nov 11, 2015 3:17 PM in response to faleva2008by fpn1402,Hi there,
I contacted Apple Support by phone today. My written support requests didn't get me nowhere... Now I'm having a case number and hoping for progress tomorrow. They spent first quite some time to check whether my apple id wasn't causing the problem. I'm not sure what will be next but we will see... To prove my apple id was working correctly, I purchased some songs from the tunes-store on my wishlist...
If there is any progress, I'll keep you posted
Kind regards
Franc

Nov 13, 2015 10:33 AM in response to fpn1402by faleva2008,Tomorrow is over and the day after tomorrow is almost ending.
What about Apple support? Did you have any solution? In your opinion could be a solution to create a new apple id?

Nov 13, 2015 10:49 AM in response to faleva2008by fpn1402,The case I got opened last week has been transferred to another department within the support department. Apple support gets slowly the impression that it is not caused by my appleid. It would surprise me if I would receive a solution somewhere this weekend...

Nov 14, 2015 2:00 AM in response to faleva2008by fpn1402,Hi there,
May I recommend to everybody who has an issue as described above to place a call / or case with Apple. You can even use my number (985155017) to refer to so they can link them together. it will help Apple Support to recognize we are having a problem on hands in stead of an incident. Right now they have concentrated on my apple id and some kind of problem with it... They couldn't find any issue with my apple id; so now everything is forwarded to another department. So if you register your own case, it might speed up the process, although a support specialist always has to be careful to assume... and has to make some initial checks ;-)
I am actually wondering whether people, using photo's, have the same issues. Or is it only restricted to us 'poor but happy Aperture' users...? ;-)
Enjoy your weekend and hopefully we get a solution provided by next week... At least I'm hoping for it...
With Kind Regards

Nov 14, 2015 6:43 AM in response to LCMVby LCMV,Issue seems to have been solved. I haven't done anything special but I kept trying once every day and my order finally went through this afternoon. Delivery within 3 workdays. I guess they sorted it out. I still cross my fingers.
I hope it will be OK for you as well.

Nov 14, 2015 8:41 AM in response to LCMVby Pedrosabita,Look like this issue has been solved. Like some of you, I also tried everyday but no success. And today after I read Marie's message, I asked my husband to give it a try (since I am away from home), and there was a notification, saying, an order has been received, a confirmation will be sent per email. I will confirm again, once I receive the confirmation.. Thank you Marie!

Nov 14, 2015 12:43 PM in response to LCMVby fpn1402,Well... something must have been fixed as I was able to submit my print order through... Just got the confirmation mail from Apple that they received my print order and all data has been transferred...
Thank you all for addressing this issue also to Apple.

Nov 15, 2015 1:54 AM in response to LCMVby faleva2008,Marie, God bless you for this fantastic news. I've tried now and everything seems to work perfectly.
It seems clear that Apple has had issues with its upload or payment systems.
Today will be a beautiful Sunday. Thanks Franc and thank you all for support.
Have a nice day.
