It may help. Your Mac supports a direct EFI installation of Windows with BC Assistant, but you still need to drivers after the Windows  installation is complete.

Can you download a 64-bit Windows USB Installer from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home ? You will need a 4-8GB USB2 flash drive. We can create a Free Space part on your internal disk and try the Windows USB Installer.

The ISO will need to be brunt to a DVD. It may be faster to get a USB installer, unless you have the ability to burn the ISO to DVD without any additional issues.

Hi, I was able to install windows 10 yesterday. I dont know how the install completed successfully. but i did 2 things before i installed from what i read in the internet. i dont know whether it helped the successful installation or not. i disabled system integrity protection and edited plist file. and i started installation and since i was very tired after my offic work, fell asleep . at midnight when i woke up i saw that bootcamp finished copying windows files and also downloaded windows supporting drivers. So i completed the installation and stil there was problem with my display and network controller driver. display driver for amd radeon , i downloaded from manufacturers website and installed and it went fine. but didnt get driver for network controller. anyway i was not lucky because my windows 10 key was rejected by microsoft server and later when i contacted microsoft technical support, they told me i should go back to windows 8 to activate and step by step should updaate to windows 10. So I am planning ti reinstall windows and start from windows 8.1. I work on oracle primavera software and there is no mac version for that software, So somehow i need windows in this macbook. Donno whether this windows 8 installation will work or not

Hi, Successfully installed windows 8.1 and updated to windows 10. First i did a complete reinstallation of el capitan. then with media creation tool from microsoft downloaded a copy of windows 8.1 iso. installed it with boot camp. installed boot runner and everything working fine so far. i didn't use windows after that. i think bluetooth is not working properly since there is no drivers. just downloaded amd radeon graphics driver for latest bootcamp from amd website as the driver installed by bootcamp was default windows driver.

Excellent. Please backup OS X and Windows. Use separate external disks, if possible.

Can I suggest something different? Cloning will not get both OS X and Windows (CloneZilla to Terabyte Image for Linux can be used).

You can also backup OS X using Time Machine, SuperDuper or CarbonCopyCloner, and software like Winclone, CampTune to clone Windows only.

Hi, I saw in CCC website that it can clone the complete SSD including recovery partition and also this backup will be bootable. But it says that in order to restore from this backup, it needs a working mac . I have used acornis for pc and there is a bootable media which we can use to restore from acronis backup image even though pc OS is corrupted. I prefer something like that for mac also if its available.
