Uninstall "Avira" and those "Memory Clean" programs. Until then, it is unreasonable to expect your Mac to operate properly.

To uninstall "Avira" you must use its downloaded installer, which will be found in your Mac's Utilities folder unless you moved or deleted it. After using it, the following files and folders will remain and will require manual removal:

    ~/Library/Application Support/Avira

    /Library/Application Support/Avira

    ~/Library/Saved Application State/com.avira.uninstall.savedState

    ~/Library/Saved Application State/com.avira.controlcenter.savedState

    /var/log/com.avira.helper.watchdox.log

After uninstalling the garbage, you can begin to troubleshoot what's wrong with your Mac, if there is anything wrong with it.

I assume you know the reasons for the apparently modified Hosts file.

I just installed it avira before posting the question ,

and for memory clean I've been using it for years with no problems !

and yes I have added some alias for frequently used host

    your contribution is really appreciated

Have you tried going to Activity Monitor and force quitting CloudKeyChainProxy?

Same thing here.  Its eating up my CPU and its also heating up my mac air.  I quit the process, but it starts up a few minutes later.  AAAHHH!
