So i bought an iphone from Amazon and after i bought it i realized it cannot work so the only way i used it was over wifi, and now the phone broke because i dropped it and when i went on Icloud.com my pictures weren't there, only contacts! Help?

Did you enable the photo library/photo stream feature in iCloud?
If yes, photos older than 30 days will be removed from the photo stream if not downloaded.
