Nov 8, 2015 11:09 AM in response to luis95by Loner T,This is not good. Please run Using Apple Hardware Test - Apple Support . If you run it and it does not find any issues, do you have AppleCare? You may need to visit the nearest Apple Store for them to diagnose further. I suspect that your PCIe flash needs to be replaced.

Nov 8, 2015 11:34 AM in response to luis95by luis95,I don't live in the U.S. but I changed my Macbook's screen about a month ago. The authorised repair shop ran diagnostic tests in order to rule out any other problem. I haven't seen a decrease in speed or any abnormal behaviour other than the inability to partition my disk using Boot Camp.

Nov 8, 2015 12:58 PM in response to luis95by Loner T,Unless the PCIe flash drive was damaged, the errors you see indicate an unstable behavior. Can you install OSX on an external flash drive (not an HDD) - How to install OS X on an external drive connected to your Mac - Apple Support - and then try top use the entire internal drive for Windows as a test? Please ensure your OSX installation is fully backed up before this step.
