Jul 26, 2015 1:57 PM in response to notcloudyby Jason BC,It's working, notcloudy, but I'd like to upgrade to a larger monitor – a 27" or 30". Really wishing they still had a 30" cinema in matte, as I'd buy one today. I'm looking at other manufacturers, and seeing nothing but complaints on the forums about faulty monitors. I was looking at the Dell U2713H, but it too has been plagued with problems. My 23" Cinema has worked flawlessly since 2007, and I'm worried I won't find that degree of reliability in another brand. I read that Wall Street Journal referred to Apple's removal of the matte screen as one of Apple's worst design decisions. I couldn't agree more.

Nov 10, 2015 12:55 AM in response to Jason BCby www.andybird.net,LOL! I've just turned up to a job and every computer is an iMac with an extra glossy 27" screen.
The AMD graphics card is incompatible with Adobe GPU (slow as ***) and most of what we can see on the screen is ourselves, the roof and the office behind us! Unfortunately this weeks job is a composite and GRADE … (FFS!).Massive fail on this company's part but it's the 3rd company i've worked for this year who've made this mistake.
Get a mac Mini, Powermac or a high spec PC and shove a couple of Dell's on it or JVC HD monitor. They both make a lovely Matte screen… not very big though

Dec 23, 2015 9:26 PM in response to www.andybird.netby unmarc,The ONLY reason I won't get an IMAC, and didn't again today, was the GLARE screen when I saw it at Best Buy.
Jobs woulda given us one by now because, unlike Tim, Steve had TASTE.
