When the Safari window is in Full Screen mode, if the mouse pointer touches the left edge of the screen,the bookmarks sidebar

will slide in. At present there is no way to turn off this new feature.

Move your dock to the left side of your screen if you don't like that feature. As dominic said, there's no way to turn it off.
