Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you aren't able to sync your daughter's iPhone because iTunes is repeatedly prompting you to authorize the computer. Take a look at the article below which provides a lot of great information and troubleshooting tips that should help you resolve the authorization issue.
