Sat down on Halloween to watch my iTunes purchased copy of "Bram's Stokers Dracula", I had purchased it a while back. Well,  for some reason I could watch "Extras", but not the movie, when trying to play the movie I got just "loading....", WiFi good 20Mb down, 10Mb up, rest, reboot, unplug, nada. So, I thought it might be Apple's stellar iCloud services under some load issues due to the new Apple TV's. So, I watched Netflix on my Apple TV and Seinfeld on Crackle with no problems.  Well, tried again tonight, tried to watch some of my other purchased iTunes movies and tried to listen to some of my music on iTunes Match and nothing, just "loading..." reset, reboot, unplug, flip to SD, nothing but loading "loading...".

Any, suggestions other than this useless support note: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203422 ?
