Q: Can't Login to MacBook Pro
Last night I updated my MacBook Pro to OS X El Capitan and when I tried to log back in this morning for some reason it was saying my password was incorrect even though I never changed it. So I tried resetting my password a few times and I still wasn't able to get in. I went online and tried to find some help so I restarted my laptop and I pressed COMMAND S when the apple sound went off and it took me to a black screen with a bunch of code I'm assuming, I didn't want to mess with anything up so I restarted my laptop and tried signing in one more time with my old password (first one I had before I tried resetting it) and I was able to log in! I had to make a quick run to the store but when I came back I wasn't able to log back in again with any of the passwords including the old one that worked the first time. Does anyone have any advice? I plan on taking it in the Apple Store tomorrow however, I just wanted to know if I could fix it on my own. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
