Q: My Photoshop acquired with another Apple ID is not opening anymore.  What can I do?

This week, when I tried to open my Photoshop, acquired at the Apple Store, it asked for the password of my old Apple ID.

I did typed it. Since then, I have not been able to us my Photoshop.  What can I do to use it again?

What happens when you log out of the App Store and then back in with your new/current Apple ID? FWIW, there seems to be an issue with the store right now. For me, everything was working fine until late last night when all of the apps I've bought from the App Store became unusable. I've seen some comments from other people as well. While that seems to be a separate issue from what you're experiencing, it's always possible that it might affect you but I'd give it a try anyways.
