    Hi,

    Sometimes a NVRAM Reset works

How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

Sometimes a Safe Mode start up will allow access

What is Safe Mode - Apple Support

Most likely these will not work.

The answer then is to call Apple Support.

You will have to ask to speak to someone about an Apple ID issue relating to your Mac's login to the iMessages server (each device has a unique login which is why it works on other devices).

Most likely you will have to ask to speak to a Level 2 person  (Level 1 people tend to be script led looking to fix Software and Hardware issue sunder Apple Care).

Apple ID issues are free to fix.

Most likely they will still have you testing things out and jumping through hoops. They might involve the Engineers who are still trying to figure what triggers this issue (it seems it is an over zealous Security feature to stop people pretending to be you).

You may have to get insistent on them resetting the ID on the server with regards to your Mac.

I have not seen anyone post a quicker way of dealing with Apple Support over this at the current time.

Most have to wait overnight as well.
