Nov 14, 2015 12:20 PM in response to anamnetby IMRAN,What a nightmare this is. I bought two identical iPhone 6S+ 128GB phones. I shot exactly the same photos/videos with both. One's import goes flawlessly, the other iPhone always fails, whether from iPhoto, from Image Capture, whether Import All or even if importing one file at a time. And even the errors keep changing:
- Import error (-9912). An error occured while importing. The item ‘IMG_8060” was not imported.
- An error occurred
- The camera “IMRAN iPhone 6S+ 128 G2” was disconnected while importing. 25 items were not imported.
Absolute nightmare. Now I have to waste time and see if I just need to replace that 'defective' iPhone since NOTHING different between the 2 phones.
