Nov 4, 2015 4:36 PM in response to danielarimcaulayby HGC007,Very slow music streaming in Mexico. Used to be fast in the beginning . Spotify and everything else works fine. 30Mbps connection here.

Nov 11, 2015 6:42 AM in response to HGC007by Stoyo,I'm in Munich, Germany, yesterday I canceled my subscription as the service became unusable at all.
It doesn't load songs at all, or interrupts all the time. Offline sync takes ages...
I'm using additionally some VPN connections in Europe and it doesn't seem to work better with the ones I tried.
I've 50 MBit/s and I can download from servers with 5 MByte/s.
One last idea what might help, but I don't want to spend more time with this issue (back to spotify), would be to try different DNS servers.

Nov 11, 2015 2:46 PM in response to Stoyoby tween80,I write from South Germany, same problem here. Apple Music streaming is almost impossible (and download is very slow) when other internet services work flawlessly. Apparently Apple Servers are overloaded. If the music quality would not be superior to competitors (even tidal!) I would be back to Spotify since weeks. I am paying already but will try to be a little more patient. (But not much longer)
Apple: Do something, this is unworthy!

Nov 12, 2015 7:34 AM in response to danielarimcaulayby spyki1,Some issue here. Playback stops or skips and download is very slow here in Berlin/Germany. Internet connection seems to be ok (25Mbps). Related troubleshoot is done but nothing helps.

Nov 12, 2015 7:51 AM in response to tween80by tween80,I have to add to my comment above, that APP-Update is also terrible slow. I can also confirm that update and Music via Mobile Data seems to be faster than via WiFi. But who wants to drain his data package for Music and App-Updates. I would not get far that way.
Anyway: There seems to be problems with Apples Download/Music capacities for some reasons. This needs to fixed fast.

Nov 13, 2015 2:03 AM in response to danielarimcaulayby florianschuette,I had a telephone conversation with the Apple Support 2 weeks ago. Nearly an hour. Nothing changed. I told the support about the postings in the forum. The support said, that apple start searching for the problem, only if someone calls the hotline. The posts in the forum are ignored by apple. Maybe it´s better, when you all call apple.

Nov 13, 2015 4:15 AM in response to florianschuetteby xdcdx,A co-worker has also spoken to Apple Support twice. They did several troubleshooting steps (logging out and in back again, etc.) but obviously it did not helped as it's likely a server problem.
For me, it has been slightly better lately, although it still has bad days/moments. I also saw similar problems downloading updates from the App Store, so it's probably a global problem.

Nov 13, 2015 5:34 AM in response to xdcdxby GDan01,Thanks to everyone for continuing to report on this problem (on this forum and directly to Apple).
Please make sure to get a case number from Apple if you contact them (no case number = no follow-up = no solution).

Nov 25, 2015 11:54 PM in response to HGC007by LionHunterPro,I am in Singapore. And I have 1GB fiber connection. Apple Music is SLOW on fiber and it is also slow when I listen on my phone on 3G or 4G.
Really unacceptable. I think their CDN (content Distribution Network) which they built and use instead of Akamai really *****!
Apple, Please improve your distribution network or go back to people who know how to do it.
I guess it is all in vain. Is anybody from Apple actually reading these complaints?
