Q: Replacement phone

Hi Team,

I dropped my iPhone 6 in sea , after that my phone is not working , I took it to a service center and they asked for replacement but need to pay some amount.

I have some issues regarding replacement,

Issue 1:They asked me to enter apple username and pwd in a sys

Issue 2: They said only phone will be replace with new phone, if it is a new phone why they are not giving accessories with it because I am paying 70 % of the original cost of the phone

please clear me wat are the items I will get if replacing with payment.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1

1: Yes, this is normal
2: You will receive the phone, but NONE of the accessories.

Also, your replacement phone will not be in the standard retail packaging. They are usually in plain brown boxes.

If you want to pay 100% of the original cost you can get new accessories.
