Q: computer will not sleep

Computer will not go to sleep and I need to turn it off everyday.

It will not sleep manually or thru the energy saver (which is set to 15 min). It started after I upgraded to El Cap.

Also, I noted while looking for causes that some users reported that Chrome might be a cause
