If it is not jailbroken, it doesn't have any spyware installed.
Please explain what makes you think that your iPhone has spyware installed.

Double tap the Home button, then swipe upwards on the Safari preview.
Go to Settings - Safari - Clear History.
Restart Safari.

Nov 13, 2015 6:14 PM in response to getufromtorontoby Niel,That's a scam. If you're getting it in Safari, click here and follow the instructions in the first paragraph of the last section; for other browsers, the instructions vary and may involve deleting and redownloading the browser.
