I don't use it that often, but I tried to do a clean install on my mac to speed it up, but saw no improvement and restored from time machine back up a couple of days ago. I'm not sure when this issue started to happen, but it was working on this mac a few weeks ago and have no idea when it stopped working.

"Iphone cellular calls" was moved to Settings/Phone - Calls on other devices
