Nov 13, 2015 5:26 PM in response to Rizzlekasby Demo,There are a number of grammatical errors and misspellings in the email that are dead giveaways that the email is not from Apple. Furthermore, Apple will always mention you by name and /or your username in the greeting of the email.

Nov 24, 2015 2:39 PM in response to auntjloby babowa,May I also suggest that you check your actual account and/or contact iTunes support (where all payments/orders are handled) just to make sure that no one has hacked into your account and is actually ordering/buying things.
FWIW, it's not Apple's fault - there are people who try to cheat, steal, and hack into accounts everywhere and they appear to be multiplying exponentially (unfortunately).

Nov 24, 2015 3:05 PM in response to babowaby auntjlo,Thank you for the help and I don't blame Apple for I don't buy anything from apple nor do they have any payment information for me. last thing I did buy was at the apple store over a year ago and before that was when I got my desktop. I don't buy music from iTunes and I don't download games that was the past emails I got. I just didn't know how to report my email to apple about this e mail, so thank you for letting me know
