You cannot overcharge your watch - charging stops automatically when the battery is fully charged.
Try force restarting your watch: Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Nov 14, 2015 4:10 AM in response to Jonathan UKby Louieborn ,Thanks, tried that. Only way i get the apple logo is to place on charger. Even tried to force reset while charger is attached and nothing. Any other ideas?

"If you see the Apple logo .. during startup, and your Apple Watch appears to restart or never fully starts up, contact Apple Support"
