    Hi H3lpWanted,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

From your post, it sounds like you pre-ordered each individual song off of a pre-release album and actually ended up paying more than the actual cost of the album. Furthermore, it sounds like some of the songs you pre-ordered show an error that the songs have yet to be purchased.

This does sound highly frustrating and I can understand your desire for an explanation. Typically when there is an issue with a purchase you made, I would suggest reporting the problem to iTunes using the following link.

Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

In your situation; however, I would suggest contacting our iTunes Store support team directly because your situation is a little more involved. Contacting AppleCare will allow us to further understand your situation and provide you the best support possible. To do so, start by clicking on the following link and choose iTunes & Apple Music > iTunes Store > Purchases, Billing & Redemption > iTunes Store account billing.

    Best!
