Nov 15, 2015 12:00 AM in response to Brewdog64by cee hanh,The Master reset/ Master reboot would be to hold down the sleep/wake button AND the home button for 15 seconds. The phone would then vibrate and reboot itself. If you see an Apple Logo, very good. If not, you might want to try to restore it via recovery mode?

The last procedure would be to replace your display screen directly at Apple.

What I like about this solution even though it erases your entire phone (Hope you have a backup), it might find you some other issues elsewhere in your device. For example, if you display screen turns blue during the process, there is a problem elsewhere.
