Where did you download the file from in Windows? Since you can't access the App Store from Windows, the download was illegal and probably corrupt.

Do a backup, preferable 2 separate ones on 2 drives. Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart or hold down the option/alt key during a restart and select Recovery Volume). Run Disk Utility Verify/Repair Disk and Repair Permissions until you get no errors. Then re-install the OS.

    I tried all the ways

The only option left is to create a bootable drive with a copy of osx

I previously download mountain lion from torrent and create a bootable usb and install os x on my other mac which I sold

Now I am trying to download yosemite

When I plug in bootable usb and press alt key the only drive show up is bootable recovery why ssd is not shown there ?

And boot from usb stops half way not complete and internet recovery shows  2002f error
