I have an iPhone 6s. I went to Settings>Phone, but the Wi-Fi Calling option is not there. Why don't I have it?
Because your carrier doesn't support it.

Nov 15, 2015 1:58 PM in response to mfeller83by Lawrence Finch,You DO have iOS 9.1 installed, as earlier versions do not support WiFi calling?
Other possibilities:
- You need a carrier update - go to Settings/General/About and tap on the carrier name. If you need an update you will be prompted to install it
- Call your carrier and verify that it is provisioned on your account. I got an email from my carrier asking for authorization to enable it.
- Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings
