    Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

     

    I understand that you would like to downgrade your iCloud storage plan, but don’t see an option to cancel, not “Done”. I’m not sure if you are doing these steps on an iOS device, a Mac, or a PC. The following article explains how to downgrade on each. If you are unable to downgrade on one device, I  would suggest trying to downgrade on a different device as described in the following article.
