Q: every time I attempt to send an email it bounces back saying 'cannot send message using the server' - how do I fix this?

every time I attempt to send an email it bounces back saying this:

mail cant send.jpg

and when I click on the support link it says this:

how do I fix this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
