Q: outlook incompatible after november windows 10 update

I recently updated my PC to the latest version of Windows 10 (Build 10586.3).

There now appears to be an incompatibility with the PC iCloud app and Outlook 2013. I can no longer access my linked calendars from within Outlook.

I get the message "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened".

Is anyone else getting this issue?

I did all the usual things. Reboot. Uninstall and reinstall iCloud. Remove and reinstall the mail and calendar links to Outlook in iCloud. All to no avail...

I understand you are seeing some issues with your iCloud for Windows and Outlook 2013 interactions. This version of Outlook is indeed supported, so you might want to try the steps in the following article:
