It sounds like you are having trouble connecting to your Cellular Data network. I would recommend you use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you there:
If you can‘t connect to a cellular network or cellular data

If you see No Service or Searching
If you see No Service or Searching on your device, or can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data, follow these steps:
- Check your coverage area to make sure that you're in an area with cellular network coverage.
- Restart your iPhone or iPad.
- Check for a Carrier Settings Update.
- Take out the SIM card and put it back in. If the SIM card is damaged, or doesn't fit in the SIM tray, contact your carrier.
- Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
- If you have another device, see if you can connect your carrier's network with it in that location.
- Contact your carrier to:
- Verify that your account is active and in good standing.
- Make sure there are no outages in your area.
- Check that your device isn't blocked from receiving cellular services and is set up with the right data plan.
- Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS.
If you still can't connect to a cellular network, and have confirmed with your carrier that there isn't an issue with your account or network, try restoring your device.

Nov 15, 2015 3:18 PM in response to sterling rby RebeloX01,First of all thank you, I already tried that but didn't solved.
But I must say that the problem is already solved (I don't know how), now the thing is that it happend again today but it's now solved, could it be because I'm not using an apple charger? I'm also unable to restore my device and/or updating it to iOS 9.

Resolve iOS update and restore errors in iTunes
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201210
If that does not get your phone to update properly and you are getting a specific error number then you may be able to find more specific troubleshooting in this article:
Get help with iOS update and restore errors

To answer your question, using a third party USB cable could indeed be preventing the update from happening successfully.
If nothing works and you still cannot update or restore the phone after all this, then you may need to seek service for your phone:
