Congrats on the new iPad Pro. I see that after you transferred the backup to the new iPad one of your email accounts is returning an error that the password is incorrect. I would start with this article:
Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Start with "First steps" and then look at the section on "username or password is incorrect".
