Nov 18, 2015 3:45 PM in response to brendagncbjby UGADog,To forget a network, Settings > Wi-Fi and tap the circled i next to the network you want to forget.
But this will only work if the old router is still broadcasting a signal.

Nov 18, 2015 3:49 PM in response to UGADogby brendagncbj,I disconnected the old router, but I think I might be able to reconnect it. Not sure if this will work, because I have a Comcast wireless router now. Is there another way that might work without disconnecting, because I have solar city running off my wireless as well. Thanks for your response, though. It's well appreciated.

Nov 18, 2015 4:15 PM in response to brendagncbjby UGADog,If by the old router being disconnected you mean the power to the router is off, then you don't need to do anything more to disconnect from it. You are disconnected.
I'm not sure what problem you are having and cannot help with what you have posted. I would only be guessing what the problem is. Are you having trouble connect iPod to the new router or something else? Please explain the issue rather than a request for specific help like how to disconnect.

Nov 18, 2015 5:17 PM in response to brendagncbjby brendagncbj,My problem is that my iPod says it can't sync until my computer is available. My computer is connected to my new Wi-Fi, and so isn't my iPod, but it won't recognize my iPod for some reason. I get a message saying that invalid response was received from my iPod touch.

Nov 18, 2015 5:52 PM in response to brendagncbjby UGADog,Restart the iPod and see if it responds properly. Press Home and Sleep/Wake button (some call it the power button) together until the Apple logo apprears (about 10 seconds).
If you have restarted and still have a problem, close iTunes and reopen it. Does the iPod show as a device in iTunes?

Nov 18, 2015 6:00 PM in response to brendagncbjby brendagncbj,I think I might know my problem. I downloaded Windows 10 and it says I can't sync unless I use a Microsoft account. Could this really be why my computer won't recognize my iPod?

Nov 19, 2015 1:31 AM in response to brendagncbjby lllaass,Check your USB connections
Errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014. You might also see a message that includes "invalid response."
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, try different equipment:
- Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
- Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
- Try a different computer.
- Solve other issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.
If you still see the error message, check for hardware issues.
