Q: Bluetooth does not connect in BMW X3.

My iPhone 6 will not maintain connection in vehicle. Talked to BMW "geniuses" twice and will connect but when try next time in vehicle the message "not recognized  as a bluetooth device" appears.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1

I drive a Renault Duster (2014) with LG audio system and bluetooth. Since upgrading my iphone 6 to iOS 9.1 it connects to the car bluetooth but when a phone call is received no audio is routed through the car, nor can the caller hear me. I cannot access phone book or dial a number manually through the car. It also prevents me bluetoothing music to the audio system too. Tried forgetting the device, resetting all settings and pairing again... Nothing works. Any solution or update to fix these issues?
