Q: problem installing newer version of software for Clickfree when I go to the website and click it just goes to downloads
Tried to backup info on computer using Clickfree. Got a message NTF3-3G volume not clearly unmounted (/dev/rdisk2s1) Went to Clickfree support but when I follow instructions to install newer version and enter the web address it just goes to Downloads
OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), cannot select product

Says it only support windows!

As expected. You go to download folder then double click on what was downloaded. if you see the extension .exe it's only for windows.
