Q: I don't have I phone anymore. But still charged updating fee

I used 5gb for free.

I want to update usage to 50gb. So, I pay $.99 every month by credit card authomatically.

but, i don't have I phone Any more.

Then you need to log into your iTunes account on the computer and go to manage your subscriptions to change that. iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support
