Q: Can I download my iTunes music library from iCloud to a new iPod Touch or a new MacBook Pro?

I have a new Mac Book Pro.  My iTunes music library is in iCloud, so I can play from it, but only when I'm online! I want to transfer my entire library (like 900 CDs) to the new Mac so I can access the library when I'm offline.  I presume this will also allow me to sync an iPod with the library on the computer.  How do I transfer my music from the iCloud onto my computer?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Illaass,  Thanks for your reply.  I had a VAIO laptop for many years.  I ripped CDs to the Media Player for years.  One day I decided that I wanted an iPod, so I converted my windows music files to apple format so I could sync with iPod.  At some point I decided to subscribe to iMatch so I could access the entire library (over 800 CDs) via my iPhone.  Now the VAIO laptop is no more.  I recently purchased this MacBook Pro (and love it) and when I opened iTunes, all my music showed up (yay!).  But apparently I don't have any actual files on the computer of my music; its all in the cloud.  Therefore, my iPod Classic (purchased at the time for the 160 GB storage) won't sync.  When I was warned that it (iPod) was synced with a different computer (VAIO) and all my music would be erased, I said, sure, so what, here's all my music.  So iPod is now erased and I can't sync with the MAC (or rather, the cloud).  I figure there must be a way to download from the cloud to the iPod, but Apple support said no, but I could with an iPod Touch.  So I buy one (128 GB for $400!).  But it won't sync either!  Now A-support tells me that to retrieve music from the cloud I must connect my device (MAC and/or iPod Touch), choose the music (album, song, artist one at a time) and click on "make available offline" and then it will download from the cloud.  I want the entire library to download with one action, even if it takes two days to download.  So there's my whole situation and problem as I have come to understand it.  Any suggestions?  Thanks again for your time, Tom

    Based on this

    https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6871

    and this

    http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/articles/comments/Moving-an-iTunes-library-with -iTunes-Match-enabled

You can move already match songs from one computer to another computer but yo can't redownload already matched songs for the cloud to another computer.
