This limitation can be very obvious when you import contacts via the SIM to the iPhone. This is the only time the iPhone will read from the SIM, as it never uses the SIM for any information, especially contacts because of these limitations. If you have an S5, I would guess that you have a Google account. If that is the case, you can sync your Google contacts to the iPhone, or there is support available to move content from Android to iPhone. See this support document. Nov 20, 2015 10:08 AM in response to ChrisJ4203by Jaackla,Okay quick question, i only have 1 sim that im taking out of my samsung and putting in to my iphone, i have the sim in my samsung as that has my contacts and then i reset my iphone so i can go through the start like it says and when i try connect to wifi it says i need a sim so do i put my sim in and take it out of my samsung? will it still get the contacts then?

Nov 20, 2015 10:11 AM in response to Jaacklaby ChrisJ4203,Your contacts should be saved to the Samsung somewhere other than the SIM, I'm guessing. You would have to check on that. I've never used an Android phone, just an Android tablet, so I cannot give you more information about that. I know that a SIM is required to activate your iPhone.
