Nothing sync since 9.1 update. My library has gone, my musics and playlists too. Turn on/off the phone helps for 3 minutes and then everything stops.
iCloud Library (Settings > Music) is on, everything is ok but Apple Music doesnt work.
Shame on you Apple :/

Nov 20, 2015 1:25 PM in response to BudugoBRby ethan397,I was having the same issue. I tried turning iCloud Music Library off and then back on, which didn't do anything.
Here's how I fixed mine:
- Go to Settings - iTunes & App Stores
- Log out of your Apple ID.
- Log back in.
- Go to Settings - Music
- Turn ON iCloud Music Library.

Nov 20, 2015 1:59 PM in response to ethan397by ethan397,Actually, it looks like the key was turning on "Use Cellular Data" and "Music" under on Settings - iTunes & App Stores.
Once I turned those on, iCloud Music Library loaded on the Music App.
(I don't have WiFi right now)
