Q: do you have to make an appointment to get a new macbook laptop charger?

i'm having a problem with my laptop currently and i've done a little bit of research and i'm convinced my charger has been fried. so.. do you have to make an appointment to get a macbook laptop charger

    Despite the fact that you are convinced the problem is the power adapter, Apple wants its trained Genius Bar technicians to be the judge of that.

     

    So make an appointment at the genius bar for your Power Problem, and the technicians will decide exactly what is the cause.
