This doesn't have anything to do with Safari, not really, as Parental Controls are dealt with at the system level, not with the browser.  However, to answer your question, go to System Preferences --> Parental Controls.  On the left side of the pane, down at the bottom, click the padlock and then input your password.  Afterward, click the account that is being used with Parental Controls.  You'll see a row of tabs across the top.  Click "Web."  Click "Customize."

In the bottom pane, where it says "Never allow these websites," type in the addresses of the websites you don't want your children to access, whatever they are.  When you're finished, click OK.  Click the padlock again in the lower left corner to save your preferences.  Exit System Preferences.

Thank you for your help. I tried to do exactly that, but it didn't work for Google and yahoo. Test it out and see What you find. Are there any other options?

I can't test it out myself because I don't have an account set up with parental controls; I have no children, and no children access my computer.  Can you explain what didn't work?  Did it not allow you to add those websites?  Did you log out of your current account and log in to that one to test it?

I added www.google.com and www.yahoo.com to the do not allow sites. I made sure it was there, locked the lock in the corner and exited. Then I tested it with the other account and it still showed. I tried again and the same thing happen, although Google and yahoo is still presen in the do not allow websites. I restarted my computer and tried to go to safari to see if a boot need to happen for changes to take place and still google and yahoo is allowed.

All of the other do not allow sites I put in the box worked(meaning safari blocked access to it ) but Google and yahoo still comes through without being blocked.
