Oct 30, 2015 7:02 AM in response to dkichensby jkravec,Considering this question is all over the apple support it certainly appears as if Apple does not care about this issue. I am shocked and disappointed that Apple is not addressing this issue in a timely manner.

Nov 1, 2015 10:21 AM in response to dkichensby MIRoth,Apple is really going downhill as a quality solution provider. There is no excuse for not having updated the iCloud for Windows installer to work properly with Outlook 2016 at this late stage of the game. Apple obviously classifies their iPhone customers that use Microsoft products as second or third class customers. They won't even commit to a timetable to achieve full support. Apple is becoming a not-so-nice company with more and more products that don't work.
Perhaps it is time to look for alternatives to the iPhone/iCloud products.

Nov 11, 2015 4:54 PM in response to dkichensby Pwmtrust1,Millions of Microsoft users have gone to Windows 10 and Office 2016.It is hard to believe Apple has not made a priority of not fixing the ICloud incompatibility with Office 2016.It is hurting their image and my decision on whether to continue to buy Apple products. Apple is not an island to themselves. Unless their products are compatible with other companies products especially Windows, they will lose market share.

Nov 23, 2015 9:08 AM in response to dkichensby SwiftInkEditor,Just got off the phone with Apple Support. The tech person told me we'll be able to sync our iPhones with Outlook "in December," though she didn't have a date and said any updates about this would come from Microsoft. Just wanted to share what I learned.
